  • How soon can I book a Party?

    We require you book at least 2 weeks before your desired event date to ensure we have everything available and ready for your event. We will require 50% of your invoice balance as a deposit (non-refundable that will go towards your event) to secure your date and the rest will be due 1 week before your party.

  • Who is Responsible for Set-ups?

    Senserly Fun staff will deliver and install the equipment and provide one attendant to assist during the party. However, it is still the responsibility of the adults at the event to ensure the participants are following Senserly Fun's safety rules. Parents must supervise their children at all times.

  • Is Sensory Play Safe?

    We at Senserly Fun use only non-toxic, homemade items in our kits and bins. We can also customize bins to be more appropriate for different age groups. Sensory play is safe when rules are followed, primarily adult supervision at all times.

  • Is there an age range for packages?

    At Senserly Fun, we don’t like to put limits on age, as sensory play can be enjoyable and beneficial for various ages. However, we recommend our packages for children between 16 months and 7 years old to ensure the best developmental experience. With that said, we may be able to tailor a package outside this age range. Inquire for further information.

  • What happens if I have to reschedule or cancel my party?

    We understand there may be something that comes up that may require you to cancel or reschedule your party/event. As we customize each party we require you give at least 7 days notice so that we can reschedule your event for a different date within 6 months of your original party date. Any cancellations with less than 7 days of your event will result in providing a $100 fee to retain a new date.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards as well as Venmo and Zelle.

  • What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of my party?

    We do not setup if there is a 15% chance of rain or higher or in strong winds. Our utmost concern will always be the safety of our clients and protecting our equipment. If there is inclement weather the day of your event you have the option of choosing a suitable indoor location or you can reschedule for a future party date to take place within one year of your canceled party date .

  • How much space will I need for a Setup?

    We currently offer two tent sizes for events. We offer a 12 x12 tent and a 10 x10 tent. We will not set-up near pools or uneven ground. We reserve the right to refuse set-up in areas that we deem unsafe.

  • Are there any rules while playing in the sensory pod?

    • No Food or Drink in Sensory Pod

    • No shoes in Sensory Pod

    • No throwing items

    • Adult supervision is required at ALL times

  • Is there a delivery fee?

    Yes. There is a delivery fee for any location more than 10 miles from zip code 77092. Exact fee will be discussed once booking inquiry is made.

  • How Hot does the Sensory Pod tent get?

    Similar to a greenhouse, the temperature in the bubble tent will always be several degrees hotter than the external temperature; therefore it will get VERY hot in summer months. We recommend opting for an indoor set-up or setting up in a heavily shaded area outside.if youre planning a party during the summer.

  • How long do you leave the setup at my event?

    Each setup is given an allocated time of 2 hours. Additional time beyond the 2 hours will have an applicable fee.
